Rachael Hyland is a bilingual content designer who researches, designs and tests content that's clear, consistent, and fundamentally user centric. In addition, as a certified product designer, Rachael believes that, just like content design, visual design should have, at its heart, the desire to help as many people as possible in as efficient, simplified, and delightful a way as possible. Rachael earned her certification in product design from Springboard, is fluent in Hindi-Urdu and is a creative and well-rounded professional passionate about empathizing with others’ perspectives.  

 

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and South Asian Studies Honors from the University of Texas at Austin as well as several certifications in South Asian languages from the American Institute of Indian Studies and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
